The NBA is absolutely insane this year. Like, Ja Morant and Lamello Ball are out of the headlines. They are at the back of the line of like 15 better stars and several new draft pick sensations.
Curry and Chris Paul teamed up? Warriors looking kinda absurd? Bucks got Dame? Celtics already beat the heat? Victor Wembanyama dunked on Chet Holmgren? Nuggets are still bananas? Celtics might have got even better? Herro is back so the Heat might have got even better? Luka Fucking Doncic? LeBron is still beasting 30 minutes a game at the ripe old age of 85?
And it’s not like the Kings got worse? Like, 70% of teams are good suddenly.
This might be the best basketball season ever.

For me, I like numbers and that manifests in my hobbies. I like box office tracking also, it’s inherently interesting
But also, the better these games do, the more national tv games the networks/streaming will want in the next deal, which means more basketball available for us!
It’s especially odd when it’s pretty obvious at this point that those numbers are largely meaningless as its being reported that the NBA is about to sign a massive tv deal even though the numbers are very low

I mean games lately have been pretty great. Fun close games and I think also most teams have something to root for. Contending teams to win and alot of young talent thriving on rebuildinh teams. Def due for an expansion good basketball all around
