Who cares if it is or isn’t a foul. Refs mess up calls all the time, and in the most severe case it was a very light foul.

What is crazy is that the ref legit looks at the basket, waits for the ball not to go in, then immediately calls a foul. Which is obviously not how it is supposed to be done.

It’s a foul, but not on the elbow, he touches him on the palm of his hand right when he flicked it to shoot, that is why the ball was long on the shot not short(if he touches his elbow)
