IIRC this is from the episode where they have to take care of a hollow egg as if its a baby. She is using glue and supplies to decorate their “baby”.
The episode centers around the topic of discrimination of same-sex parents and adoption. Mrs. Garrison assigns this project and hires an assassin to take out the “hetero” kids to prove that the same-sex kids were better at protecting their egg.
You got it the wrong way around. Garrison was butthurt that Mr. Slave moved on so he went after gay couples in spite and wanted the gay couple to break their egg so he can prove that gays cannot take care of a child
