Zero confirmed deaths is bullshit! The first known (at least European) case is from a man named “Hank” (last name unknown because we care about privacy in Europe). He worked in 1994 at the docks of Rotterdam to load and offload cargo. One of said cargo was a heavy box full of hash that wasn’t secured properly because nobody cared with illegal goods. It hit him in the head, killing him instantly.
