False. The system is rigged. The electoral college is bullshit. A state like Alaska gets the same weight as my home state of California. We have forty-five times as many people. It’s fucking infuriating and it’s a consequence of kicking the slavery-can down the road back in the day.

I know this isn’t direct evidence (yet) of rigging or interference, but:

In a press release about the lawsuit published on May 29, 2025, SMART Elections also claimed that in multiple Rockland County districts, hundreds of voters cast ballots for Democratic Senate candidate Kirsten Gillibrand but no votes were recorded for Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris.

(Emphasis mine, but zero votes for Harris in multiple districts, even in rural upstate NY, is hard to ignore).

That feels like proof that the state or counties or whoever local rigged it. Not the orange bad.

If enough of them did it and used similar or the same methods it could be an actual conspiracy and RICO case though. Trump and Musk certainly hinted at it enough. Hopefully someone is actually looking into it, but I don’t know who could currently, especially since the Dems are apparently too scared of hypocrisy so do it themselves.

False. Alaska gets 3 votes California gets 54. You do get the same number of senators.
