We had a rally at my university today to unionize Non-Tenure Track faculty. I started in ’96. Every contract was year-to-year. Finally made full time four years ago—still NTT. My replacement will get paid the same as I—so my 20+ years of XP meant nothing. Over 60% of the classes here are taught by NTT’s. A union is desperately needed. We already have 300+ signed union cards.
