Stuck around because it reminded me of a lot of the good parts of Reddit that increasingly seem to be gone from the actual site. Though not that I’d really know because I probably only go to Reddit once every few months now via a search for something, and every time I do, it seems even worse than the last time.

I’m just hoping the growth continues such that the less busy communities start to pick up a bit, we’re getting close to the point where there’s a community to cover most interests I’ve thought looked for, but many of them are ghost towns. But we’re making progress, month on month it does feel like there are more people knocking around

I don’t have an answer, I just want to say I’m quite impressed that your brain can seemingly process a high volume of information at the sustained speed of Eminem’s famous Rap God verse.

Just some additional context that not everyone has:

There was a propaganda campaign run by a chap named Matthew Elliott to make sure of the no outcome in the AV vote. Billboards with “baby needs a hospital not a voting system” and similar all over the country

That same chap was pretty instrumental in the Vote Leave campaign

I’d say something like Seinfeld or Friends is probably it, there’s still channels showing reruns of these all day long across the world.

You’ve got to consider stuff that was popular and universal enough to get translated to many different languages and then still get rerun in those countries too

The severity of each level is different

I think matching wine glasses is relatively uncontroversial, but also understandable if kinda mismatched. A contingent of matching tumblers is also fine but you need the random pint glasses too at the very least. I maintain a fully matching set of mugs is a red flag

I don’t really like watching video on my phone, so I’ll pretty much always go for the nearest bigger screen unless there’s no option to do that.
