61·5 天前I forget what the exact stat is, but something like 20% of Americans don’t get enough protein vs 97% don’t get enough fiber.
Never gone to a top rope gym, but bouldering gyms you can definitely go to alone. It’s just climbing without ropes, but not very high and with spongy mats.
I did not know this about secure boot, I always just disabled it.
