This is real. However, believing that the blacked out portions are what truly needed to be redacted by this admin seems naive. Redacting things properly is one of the few things that the US does well.

Victims names etc. are there, but as long as a certain tanning cream gremlins appearances are “exaggerated and false,” they don’t care.
