

Any website giving even the mildest shit about security will send a verification email to your old email address when you set a new one. This email will usually specify your new email address.
If you’re really concerned about Google having nothing on you, use a transitional proton or masked email, then change it again so their info is inaccurate. I personally don’t care if Google knows my new email address; I’m satisfied just knowing they can’t read what’s sent to it anymore.
