For Peertube, if you are interested, https://tube.inlinestyle.it/ (part of the https://inlinestyle.it/ services) has a “Curated Creators” section where it emerges creators that the team considers interesting and a “Trending” section where it surfaces Peertube videos that are hot now.
Those sections are visible to unregistered users too, so you can take inspiration and then follow the content on your favorite platform.
