If you have a good connection and are only serving to 3-4 friends you can just run it on your own network. If you need more bandwidth (50-100 watchers) you can use an S3 compatible storage provider or even a CDN if you need to serve a massive audience (billions).
There is software to do that kind of thing. Putting a black box over your face, altering your voice. All that kind of stuff.
Or you could go low tech. Wear a mask while holding up cards with what you want to say. That’d be cool.
And you want to have some unidentifiable background.
