I did buy one when I was a kid with my piggy bank money, because I was blinded by the name of the brand.
Those watch are pretty bad and for the same price you could get something really cool !
I’m assuming you’re buying for your BF. Is he a watch person? If so what kind of things are in his collection. After that, what is your budget for this gift?
A lot of the legacy fashion houses are not watch makers. They just license out their name for really inexpensive watches that are basically cash grabs. Yes, watches have become luxury goods these days, but they operate mostly independent of the fashion clothing sphere.
You might consider a Casio EFR-526L Similar styling and better quality for around the same price.

I have one but I was very young when I got it. I’ve come to realise Armani is on the lower end of watch brands. I would suggest to go for a Swiss watch brand as it’s hard to go wrong with that. Check out Omega/Tudor/Tissot etc.
She listed $300 watches as options. I don’t think she’d be in the market for a Tudor or Omega, or really even any decent Tissot.
If your guy doesn’t care about watches nor watch making then it’ll be fine, if he does look for something entry from Tissot instead.
Armani is a “fashion” brand and not a watch maker brand, but I love my Armani given me 10 years ago - and they have some cool designs. Also, often watch newbees think that it belongs up there in class/cost with my Omega and similar.
