    During the 2022 finals this was brought up in an interview and Steve Kerr said it was definitely an advantage in terms of making it to the NBA: obviously doesn’t guarantee anything but seeing the work ethic required at an early age helps

      Genes definitely help. The funniest to me is the offspring of Horace and Harvey Grant. Horace was the better player but his kids didn’t get the athletic talent. Harvey had four son play in college, 2 in the nba
