The family of a woman killed in a shooting near the University of Alabama has filed a federal wrongful death lawsuit against three men, including former Alabama star Brandon Miller, who was the No. 2 overall pick in the 2023 NBA draft.
“Tuscaloosa detective Branden Culpepper testified Tuesday that Miller brought Darius Miles’ gun to him on the night of the fatal shooting of 23-year-old Jamea Jonae Harris, after Miles texted him and asked him to do so.”
The gun was already left in Brandon’s car, while it’s not 100% confirmed he likely never touched. Considering he never went home after dropping them off course the gun is brought back to miles. That’s not even getting to the implications that based on video evidence they likely shot in self defense in the first place.
