Melton seems to integrate into the sixers even better this season with the absence of Harden. He made right plays and decision throughout the pre-season and played defense even when his shots are not falling. Tonight he had 29 points, while Maxey tallies 12 assists and Embiid with a casual 21 points.

    dmelt mvp campaign begins NOW

Jokes aside genuinely happy to see him playing like this. Hope he keeps it up. I think of all the guys on the team he might be the one to benefit from Nurse the most.

One of the more underrated players in the league imo. He can be a starter for a great team

Can’t wait for the atros to bounce the phillies again and for Joel embiid to fail another post season. Maybe harden will be kind enough to let the team go to the ecf. Lol jk

Melton has cumulatively shot around 39% from 3 the last three seasons combined. He’s not someone you can leave open on the C&S but the Hawks did and he made them pay. We know he’s someone who can cause havoc defensively with steals and even an occasional block and we know he’s someone who fills gaps in transition and makes smart cuts. He’s just a great all-around role player.
