somehow people completely forget him and walls carrying the wizards to the ECF taking the celtics to 7. people just write beal off as some perennial loser but he had some decent playoffs runs when he had a capable team

They lost in eastern conference semi-finals, not ECF.

That’s why nobody remembers them, they didn’t do anything significant. Clearly, even you weren’t paying attention.

The Celtics team that Wizards lost too lost 4-1 in ECF to Cavs.

At the time, it was Cavs as the best team in the conference followed by above average teams like Raps, Celtics, Bucks, Sixers and Wizards. The Wizards failed to standout among these teams.

Suns are a superteam…made up of guys who everyone said weren’t good enough to win on their own. Booker puts up empty stats, KD doesn’t drive the bus, Beal isn’t a leader, etc.

Everybody is hedging their bets so they can look smart if the Suns lose or put an asterisk if the Suns win

I wouldn’t be shocked if he leads the suns in scoring this year. It’s kinda like the 2016-19 warriors all over again. Although the nba is stronger all around now

Building on your fun fact: Kevin Durant, Paul George, and Bradley Beal all had their highest ppg season of their careers playing next to Russ. Harden and Lebron had their 2nd highest ppg seasons with Russ, for Lebron it was his highest since '06.

Russ is still excellent at setting up other players. He deserves more respect.

We’re Thunder fans so nobody is really gonna take us serious but it is funny how in this wild saga of Russ falling off, his passing and creation stats have still remained elite lol.

beal is a legit legendary baller, all the stars in the league the past decade and (unfortunately injuries) beal has always held his own as an elite and highly efficient scorer

he is also super athletic and decent defender

One of the best finishers at the rim in the league. He did choke quite a bit battling in playoffs back in 2016 and 2017 playing with john wall, let’s see if time has made him clutch
