2011 - LeBron eliminates Boston in the 2nd round. If he didn’t exist, Boston beats Miami, Chicago and the Mavs to win a ring. #18

2012 - LeBron eliminates Boston in the ECF. Boston would’ve gone on to beat OKC in the Finals. #19

2017 - LeBron eliminates Boston in the ECF. Celtics would’ve beaten the Warriors in the Finals. #20

2018 - LeBron eliminates Boston in of the ECF. They would’ve beaten the Warriors in the Finals #21

2020 - Jimmy Butler eliminates Boston in the ECF. Would’ve won against the Lakers in the Finals #22

2022 - Curry beats Boston in the Finals. If he didn’t exist, Boston would’ve won #23

2023 - Jimmy Butler eliminates Boston in the ECF. Would’ve won against Denver in the Finals #24

The Boston Celtics would have 24 titles right now if LeBron, Curry and Butler didn’t exist.

    Okay, fuck it…let’s do hypotheticals:

1976- No Celtics = first chip

    1993- Jordan isn’t born = 2nd chip

    1994 &1995- Hakeem isn’t born = 3rd and 4th chip

2005- Duncan decides to swim instead of hoop= 5th chip

2006- Dirk plays ice hockey instead of hoop= 6th

2007- Robert Horry, and Duncan is competing in the Olympics = 7th

2008- Again, Duncan is winning gold medals , not hooping = 8th

2010- Kobe becomes a literal assassin instead of a scoring assassin = 9th

    2021- Giannis stops growing at 6’2= 10th

2022- Luka develops aerophobia and never comes to the U.S = 11 chips

2023- Jokic gets homesick of his horses after his first NBA game, goes back to Serbia and never returns 12 rings!

We would basically be the winningest team in the color TV era tbh.

He hasn’t terrorised them like the Eastern teams but he still mentally destroy them. Gave Duncan and Spo their sole Finals loss, and put a massive asterik on that amazing Warriors 2015-16 season. Really the only team LeBron never really dismantled was the Mavs

The west one is double sided, because he did have great wins against the spurs and warriors, but lost to them too.

You hear lebronto as he terrorised Toronto but I forget that Celtics were also destroyed by LeBron.

he’s pretty good at basketball if you haven’t heard

I don’t think they win any of these titles except 2022 lol

2011 and 2012 Celtics were old and 2017 and 2018 Celtics were injured

2023 Celtics looked significantly worse than Denver all postseason including when they dropped 2 games to the Hawks

    2011- Boston loses to Mavs

    2012- Boston loses to OKC

2017- Boston loses to Durant led Warriors

    2018- Read above

2020- Lakers don’t make finals without Lebron. Whoever does beats Boston.

2022- I can give Boston this one.

2023- Anyone thinking Boston beats the Nuggets should ban themselves from any NBA discussion for all time.

Boston might have 1 more title if you take these 3 players out of the mix.

Have to factor in that other things happen if those three don’t exist. Drafts change, signings change. Bit moot.

Would’ve won in 19 because Kyrie wouldn’t of been traded to Boston.

Would’ve won in 21 because KD and Kyrie wouldn’t of teamed up in Brooklyn because reasons and they didn’t lose a single game to any other team in those playoffs.

Why the fuck would Boston beat the Mavs in 2011? It’s not like we didn’t also take out the defending Champ Lakers or OKC big 3. Nobody besides us was winning that year.

You’re getting hammered, but only one Title for the Big 3 Team and none over the last several years is pretty rough. KG injury in 2009 when team was on a blistering pace. 5 minutes left 2010 game 7 Lakers, lose lead, lost Title. 5 minutes left in 2022 Finals, lose lead, tied 2-2, instead of up 3-1. Hayward injury 5 minutes into 2017 Superteam season. Tatum sprained ankle first play of game 7 this past season. Even the Bubble ECF was some really tough luck.
