Hello! I live in an area where winter is longer than summer. Looking for winter photography ideas! I hike a bit so last winter I did do a lot of winter photography in the mountains. But I’ll be hiking less this winter and wondering what you guys usually do for photography during the cold weather seasons? Thanks! :)

    I do some hiking and photography but where I live it’s pretty unphotogenic in the winter - a lot of drab deciduous forests and brown barren prairies. Mostly I switch to oil painting inside where it’s warm and cozy. I like to make oil paintings of scenes I previously photographed. It’s a lot of fun!
