Here in NY they do open talent promos , cause it’s 8 million ppl in this city. Kids art has been shown on the subway for decades. Book recommendations for ads, the city has a huge delay of tourism, yet so does the Times Sq area, my friend used to work for them. Local photographers are hired for the promos.
