[Size check] Is this watch too big for me?

I have 6.25in/16cm wrists, so pretty small wrists. But I really like this watch, would I be able to pull it off or would it look ridiculous on me? The lug-to-lug is 50mm, and the diameter is 43mm. I’m ok with the diameter, not sure about the lug-to-lug.

Would also appreciate some insight from people with similar sized wrists.

I have the same wrist size and this would be waaaay to big. 44mm lug to lug is IMO the sweetspot for 16cm wrists

My wrists are also around the same, usually i try staying under 46 maximum a smaller wearing 47mm lug to lug if any bigger than that it goes out of my wrist and looks weird, so 50 might be too big

43mm dial is small, you gotta pump up those numbers.

checkout Invicta and their elegant, 50mm+ dials; watches for only the most discerning of gentlemen.

Lug to lug is too long for your wrists buddy

But if you really like the watch go ahead and wear it!

This is a clear-cut situation, it’s going to look ridiculously big.

BUT there’s a way… The watch you like is a pilot style watch and it was originally designed to be worn over the pilots jacket sleeve. With the right jacket you just might be able to pull it off.

I don’t think I’d wear it that way tbh. Guess I won’t be buying this. Sad cuz I can’t find any other brand making watches that look like these

Does the original Laco Flieger-B Pilot 39mm tickle your fancy? You can print a mockup to place on your wrist with their size guide. According to their table a 38mm - 41mm should fit your 16cm wrist.
