If you want to stay on the right side of the law then you definitely need to avoid Tor and The Pirate Bay.
Not that that stuff is up there anyway, which it most definitely isn’t. No way anyone would share those episodes.

I have only seen a couple episodes of Lower Decks, but outright saying something like this seems very out of character for her.
She grows over the course of the show. I could see season 3+ Mariner saying this.
