hey guys, i can feel the magnets activated. can any of the devices be damaged from being in my bag like this?

    No permanent damage will happen. It’s possible the stylus position won’t register correctly on some of the screen for a while but usually a restart can fix it.

    Magnets touching the screen will definitely warp it, but I don’t think magnets touching the back will be a problem. I’m not 100% on that though

      I agree, otherwise those folios that stick on the device through magnetism wouldn’t be so popular.

    You’d need a lot more magnetic flux to do anything to a device with solid state electronics, so no worries :)

    The screen is exposed so yes depending what’s in the bag with it

    Go to Amazon and look at a Finti folio cheap $20ish and it will protect it well

    thanks for the answers guys. maybe i was cautious because of my ptsd from the times i deleted my homework from the floppy disk while inside my pocket.

    If it has a physical disk for its hard drive, don’t keep it next to it. Strong magnets can throw off the polarity of the ink display.
