There should be escalating fines and then suspensions for flopping.

I don’t care if it comes from the league office after the fact. When you start punishing players for egregious conduct, the conduct stops.

Best example is eliminating the “intent” in facemasking in football. They changed it to a 15 yarder automatically. What happened? Players largely stopped facemasking. It happens from time to time now, but no where near the level it was at when refs were gauging intent (which was a ridiculously stupid idea to begin with).
