    Thank you very much. I was looking for something easy to cook and to eat to try out cajun cuisine and this seems perfect. I’ll bookmark this recept!

      awesome! As an aside, if you struggle to find the hot Italian Beyond sausage links, I have successfully used standard seitan chorizo links if that’s easier to find.
