Great now he’s playing for his job on Monday against us. Hopefully he doesn’t have some bullshit up his sleeve.

I bought the hype in 2018 when the Colts were going to hire him. He spent several years rehabilitating his image, reputable people were vouching for him, etc. And I thought we could make it work with him, Ballard, and Luck.

And then he pulled his 11th hour stunt, and it was clear to me that he’s not the kind of guy that should run a major operation.

The Raiders have other challenges, so it’s probably not all on McDaniels, but yeah, he’s not a good HC.

Josh is 47 years old. I think most people can coach well into their 70s. Y’all do think he should get another chance at HC in the next 30 years right? I am assuming that he keeps getting OC jobs in between those times.

Is Josh the type of guy that would work in college?

Yeah, hiring someone from the pats is a mistake. Speaking from my team’s experience of making that mistake.

A large chunk of Chris Ballard’s reputation is thanks to this clown changing his mind.

He will be fired next season, return to Patriots as OC, and take over for Bill as HC by 2027. I’m not sure where he retreats to after he is fired in 2030, however…

Nope. BB retires, Mayo takes over as HC with SB as D coordinator. BOB deflects any offers of HC by pointing out the most content & successful coach he’s ever known was Dante Scar. He discloses that he’s taking a page out of Dante’s book and not interested in moving up the coaching ranks.

Dude that was obvious when he coached the broncos several years ago. I can’t think of a coach that has gotten more chances and accomplished less than him. If Patricia ever gets another HC job he’d be up there too. Being good at taking direction from belichik obviously does not make a head coach
