Wow! No shit Sherlock!
Great now he’s playing for his job on Monday against us. Hopefully he doesn’t have some bullshit up his sleeve.
Can’t sum it up better than Norv 2.0.
I bought the hype in 2018 when the Colts were going to hire him. He spent several years rehabilitating his image, reputable people were vouching for him, etc. And I thought we could make it work with him, Ballard, and Luck.
And then he pulled his 11th hour stunt, and it was clear to me that he’s not the kind of guy that should run a major operation.
The Raiders have other challenges, so it’s probably not all on McDaniels, but yeah, he’s not a good HC.
To be fair… BB pulled an 11th hour stunt
And the jets are still the jets
I’m amazed anyone gave him the time of day after pulling that with the colts.
So am I 😔
Looking around the league it’s amazing how quickly those other challanges tend to fade away if you find a great HC.
If it wasn’t all on McDaniels, then this offense would be good.
His failure is kind of sweet
sure he is. at the high school level
No fucking shit
Josh is 47 years old. I think most people can coach well into their 70s. Y’all do think he should get another chance at HC in the next 30 years right? I am assuming that he keeps getting OC jobs in between those times.
Is Josh the type of guy that would work in college?
Yeah, hiring someone from the pats is a mistake. Speaking from my team’s experience of making that mistake.
We could not possibly be more aware. Smarten up, Mark.
As long as Mark is the owner, we will never be a good franchise.
We might do good in revenue, but we won’t have success on the field.
Mark, the dude with the worst hair cut in North America? He seems like a nice dude, but idk about the smart part.
“Smash the beetles! Smash them! Kun kun kun!”
A large chunk of Chris Ballard’s reputation is thanks to this clown changing his mind.
Personally I’m all for him continuing to be head coach of the raiders. He’s doing a banging job.
Right? Im happy that he’s set them back at least 5 years
Something something glass houses
He will be fired next season, return to Patriots as OC, and take over for Bill as HC by 2027. I’m not sure where he retreats to after he is fired in 2030, however…
Nope. BB retires, Mayo takes over as HC with SB as D coordinator. BOB deflects any offers of HC by pointing out the most content & successful coach he’s ever known was Dante Scar. He discloses that he’s taking a page out of Dante’s book and not interested in moving up the coaching ranks.
I know Frank Reich didn’t end up working out for Indy but at least they didnt get McDaniels
Sometimes all you’re missing is one piece (Tom Brady)
Dude that was obvious when he coached the broncos several years ago. I can’t think of a coach that has gotten more chances and accomplished less than him. If Patricia ever gets another HC job he’d be up there too. Being good at taking direction from belichik obviously does not make a head coach
