Hello Everyone,
I’ve rented my brick and mortar business location for 10 years. The owner is getting up in age and when she transitions on her son might sell the property and all tenants might have to leave.
In the meantime, I’m saving my money to buy a property.
Has anyone been through a situation where the building you were renting was sold? What did you do?
