I sent my Pilot Chrono to IWC for service, but they insist they want to replace all hands, otherwise they won’t release the 2-yr warranty that comes with the service. I am very reluctant, although they insist that “the chrono hands are loose and the hour and minute hands are scratched which is why the hands replacement was listed as required work”, I am concerned that the new hands won’t match the over 10 years old markers of this discontinued IW371713…. Am I overreacting ?
