Not really sure why they had him out there for so long. He has a huge negative impact on the team’s spacing and defense when he doesn’t have the ball in his hands. Clippers don’t really need his playmaking when kawhi and PG having it going so there’s no point to him playing so much.

That clip of kawhi going down on his knees as Russell bricked the last shot of the game was hilarious
What was worse, his second game of the 2023 season or his second game in the 2022 season against the Clippers when he went 0-11
Only took 4 shots
Yeah, and one of them was that desperation shot at the buzzer. Westbrook needs to do more out there than take only 3 shots with 4 assists if he’s gonna play 37 minutes.
There it is
Not really sure why they had him out there for so long
Terance Mann is out, right? Who are the Clippers’ options to close out games?
I think they gotta bite the bullet and take some L’s like this to try and get it to work in the long run.
Other than the panicked shot at the buzzer when he probably should’ve kicked it out to Batum, he wasn’t a negative down the stretch. The only reason he had the ball at all at the end was because he got the offensive board. The 4 turnovers in the first half were bad but, you know, he cleaned those up in the 2nd half.
Like you suggested, without Mann, they don’t have other options. Clippers don’t have much depth.
Yea Mann is main guy. We do have some non westbrook lineups with more spacing but they have other issues
Westbrook with the classic ‘Ben Simmons’ stat line
title is a masterclass in how not to use single game plus-minus btw. -4 in 37 minutes is not significant.
We don’t need Harden, we have Harden at home.
Need the analysis from MITWestbrook
Hes not even the worst player in the starting 5 lol.
Scoot was more impactful tonight. Russ blew his fortnight performance on a bottom 2 NBA team.
Why are we posting his stat line? He’s literally on a minimum contract, Lakers fans need to get over it
