I don’t know how, when you’re up by 10 with just over 2 minutes left, you don’t just do everything you can to run down the shot clock. It’s tough to pass up an open shot if you have it but if they just hold the ball they can run at least a minute off the clock and hell maybe they still make a shot or two. Then you force the opponent to scramble on their possessions.
It’s like once Okc hit that first 3 pointer the Cavs tried to match their pace and there was just no reason for it.
