After a messy opener in Milwaukee, Joel a Embiid returned in full regular season form on both the offensive and defensive ends of the court. He also displayed much better playmaking than he did in the opener. Embiid finished with 34 points, 9 rebounds, 8 assists, a steal, and 2 blocks on 14-21 shooting

Funniest shit was I was in the Arena all nevous because Embiid wasnt warming up. Came out of the dressing room with 40 seconds left before tip off, took exactly 2 warm up shots(2 three pointers) and then had like 15 points in the first quarter lol

I felt like it was actually very enjoyable to watch him in this game. I’ve always found him very frustrating to watch most of the other times the Raptors played the Sixers in recent years because of the flopping/ falling over and flailing arms and complaining for fouls. This game he just steadily dominated and didn’t try to play the refs. Maybe because he knows he doesn’t need to against this current raptors team idk but I genuinely found it very impressive and enjoyable to watch how effortlessly he dominated tonight.
