Hey there. Is there an app people use for this? I know all these realtors are not paying for pro photography pictures. (Some are For sure.)

But There must be something they are using ion their phones. Anyone any clue what it is? They don’t know Photoshop— I know that much—but the pictures have clearly been processed in a pleasing way. I assume there must be an almost one click solution for realtors these days.

What is the average realtor using for this process? They must be shooting on the phone and using an app, I just don’t know what they’re using. Any clue?

I have “real gear” in the form of older dslrs and glass, but I’d honestly rather photograph my place with my phone, and I know that’s what a lot of the realtors do as well.

    You know, some realtors are also photographers themselves…

    Also, how do you know they aren’t paying someone to take the photos for them? There’s no way you know that unless you’re going around asking agents since listing photos are almost never watermarked.

      Yes… Im a Realtor & Pro Photog… But I will hire it out to get those exquiste shots. RE photographers know their stuff & are worth it Plus, I just dont hv the time, nor want to do the edits… all takes time…
