I’m honestly fairly hopeful as a Clippers fan. I wouldn’t trust my feeling tho, as I will be hopeful regardless, but I see a lot to like this season already without Harden. And honestly this isn’t in panic to the loss that just happened, that was a good game and there were a lot of mitigating circumstances there to really make a judgement call. Not to mention working PJ tucker in and also missing one James Harden who will do…something good I hope.

But the Clippers really didn’t have an answer when the Lakers went huge. and I mean literally, they just had to take it in the third after the lakers were in the bonus.

Think bob myers had a good point that his playmaking/ball handling will help a lot. If they could have harden or williams, you take harden, especially considering they have injury problems and harden would do a much better job stepping into a bigger role when they go down as opposed to williams (who also has injury problems)

Yep. Not to mention, trying to get a serviceable enough small ball center for 15-20MPG is much, much easier than getting a guy like Harden.

If and when it becomes clear that a guy like Norm is redundant, wouldn’t mind seeing what we can get for him even if they’re not as good of an overall player. I really wanted John Collins on this squad, but a player like him would be perfect.
