Hello, I want to buy this watch as my first watch and my mom told me that I shouldn’t buy it because Casio is cheap and bad company. Should I buy this watch?
Will it look cheap and low quality?
Just make sure the case is stainless steel and not plated brass. Stainless steel fairs better over time.
Casio’s are great, don’t listen to her. Buy what you want. They are cheap, but they are very nice built, sometimes even nicer than watches that costs more.
For example, almost all casios has perfect second hand alignment, i never saw that second hand is hitting like 0.5s off on a casio. But some watches that costs like couple hundreds have that problem lol.
But i suggest you double check the case material, if this is stainless steel - great, go for it, if this is plated brass, i would probably look for different model with similar look and stainless steel case. There should be a bunch of those models in MTP series.
Casio is affordable, not cheap. Casio literally make the best watches in the world.
