I picked up this watch on an impulse because I wanted something with a black case and dark dial that still had decent legibility, and I liked the vintage inspired chronograph layout. I swapped out the leather strap for this band from crown and buckle and have been pretty happy with the looks, although the extra height from the strap is noticeable. This watch is 41 mm and although I’ve been considering a Grand Seiko GMT as my next watch, I’m not sure I can go much bigger than this, even with my 7.7 inch wrist. Curious what others think?
Lovely. Probably one of the cooler watches I’ve seen around here in a while.
Thanks! I thought it was pretty cool too, especially with the unusual snailed tachymeter and telemeter scales rather than a bezel.
Oh that’s quite cool
Best affordable monopusher IMHO. Most of monopushers in this price range has steel caseback, but this one showing mech. Me like :)
