I’m looking to start a business in Canada that ideally operates in the ‘need’ market.

It must be scalable. I’d like something that can eventually be systematized so me as the owner can take a step back.

I’m currently thinking of a medical/non-medical home care business for seniors since the senior market is projected to grow. However I’m afraid about the cost of labor in the future.

Any suggestions?
