I am having difficulty finding virtual assistant via upwork to do basic shit… they fuck shit up, either intentionally to add time to the sheet or are really ineffective… I can’t imagine paying $10/hr for what I’m asking but I might do it… One tried to renegotiate terms (extort) in the middle of a gig, I fired him on the spot, no pay… Another, I think she’s just completely half ass’ing or idiotic, but I told her that I would not pay her for the work that I have to correct, she did not follow instructions, and I’m giving her a chance to review and resubmit before I fire her… I’m getting sick of this but need to find a solution in order to scale. How do you guys do it?
