I’m taking some headshots of my work colleagues at a social event in a few hours but I realised too late that a lot of my equipment is either lost or not working any more.

As a result of that I only have the following working gear in terms of lighting equipment:

• 2 flashes
• Big 5 in 1 reflector (150cm or 5ft long)
• 2x light stands
• Small rectangular and octagonal flash diffusers (20cm so nothing big)

I know this isn’t perfect but what’s the best setup I could achieve with this limited equipment?

They want formal ones with plain white background which they’ll put on their LinkedIn etc. Most of them have horrible pictures that were taken like a mugshot using a webcam so I’m confident that whatever I do will be a step up anyway but still want to do the best I can.
