Agree with the above. The more skills you can learn, the more valuable you become. Offering more value means you can gain more money and get better paid jobs. The reason McDonalds doesn’t pay more is because it’s an unskilled job and there is always hundreds of people applying for a job there, so you are replaceable. But if you have skills, it’s hard to replace you. From there you can only go up by gaining experience, commanding greater pay checks. If you save and invest in an asset, like a business or stocks/shares then you make even more money. And if you don’t know where to learn new skills, then Google and YouTube are your friend.
