Title says it all, I’m an entrepreneur that works from home and I seem to not being able to follow a healthy lifestyle.

Sometimes I work all day without barely eating, some days it’s the opposite and I just feel lethargic. My sleep schedule is not great, and spending most of the day alone in the house isn’t great either.

Don’t get me wrong, I love doing what I’m doing, but I’m convinced that if I had a healthier lifestyle my productivity will improve by a lot.

So how do you manage all of that ? Would love to hear you experiences and advices.

    Work to keep a schedule and stick to it. Balance your time to fill your cup and focus on your business. Get fresh air and sunlight, hydrate, write down your top goals of the day & priority tasks so you can focus on the most important work each day.

    Sleep and rest is important if you want to keep pace and not burn yourself out. Also, noise-cancelling headphones are the best thing that’s ever been invented.
