Cringey Memories From The Past
You mean the things that randomly pop up in my head and make me wanna bash my head into the pavement repeatedly until there’s no way for me to remember them? Surely I can’t be the only one who feels that way when they pop up.
Also: phone numbers from the past but not from present
Depending on your age, that might have more to do with the fact that we simply haven’t needed to remember phone numbers for a couple of decades now.
Yes, for sure, and there being no repetion of selecting the numbers when calling either so accidentally remembering random numbers doesn’t really happen. (edit: actually now it came to me that when I worked in customer service and would write down customer’s numbers they’d sometimes get stuck in my head! So I’ll just change my point to remembering useless numbers and not useful ones :D ).
But I definitely have no need for the phonebook from before times in my head either!
I feel that “too much”/“too little” sleep part of my brain.
