Carol is post menopause in the return of Covid. So Kenny can’t resurrect.

Does that mean if she was to get a womb removal or die Kenny would stop resurrecting?

Menopause alone wouldn’t matter, since Kenny doesn’t have to be conceived, he just materializes.
