    Embiid gets the best whistle in NBA. This is a charge and a flop. Yet the officials reward him. Pathetic.

      The sad part is most people seem to think this is a clear block. See “the defenders feet are still moving when contact happened”. It’s so ridiculous that this is what decides what is a block or a charge, Embiid just randomly throws his body against the defender but because his left feet twitches half a second before the contact it’s a block

      It’s a flop for sure but defender gets there a little late. I’d be cool with a no-call but really don’t think that’s a charge.

        Embiid lowers his shoulder and the defenders feet are set. Embiid is not in the air so it’s not a situation where they are sliding under him after takeoff. This is a very easy charge call for the rest of the NBA.
