Worrying is like a rocking chair, gives you something to do but it doesn’t ever get you anywhere

    Paid in full.

Life changed after I saw that movie. I started taking risks, and it paid off. Not in the same line of work like in the movie, but the hustler in me came out and it’s been like that ever since.

Damon Dash produced Paid in Full along with Harvey Weinstein and he slapped Weinstein during the production for “disrespecting women”.

There’s even a rap song about it called Once Upon a Time.

At the end of his verse, Cam raps :

"No disrespecting the ladies, word from my team

That’s the reason Dame smacked Harvey Weinstein

On the set of Paid In Full, y’all gave him hell about it."

      Dash was quoted as follows.

“I know I made Paid in Full over there, and I know that him and I had a lot of aggressive interaction. And I know even culturally, like, my people would say things, like, I would see interviews with Wood Harris and with Just Blaze and all that, and they’d be like, “Oh, he yelled at Harvey Weinstein. He yelled at the Weinsteins.” But the bottom line is, like, when I look at somebody treat other people wrong, I can’t just look the other way. And any opportunity I get, I know I’m strong, but I’m always gonna make them suffer for the people that aren’t strong enough.”

“I saw him in Cannes and I snatched his bitch— he had a girl and I knew her, so I said ‘Give me her.’ He was pissed"

Me too. I learned that I don’t have a photographic memory, nor am I extremely good looking, so I cannot be a lawyer.

The original Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory (1971).

Charlie went from not being able to afford a chocolate bar to finding money on the street. Then experiencing a whole new world to owning the whole goddamn factory!

If that doesn’t describe the journey of an entrepreneur, nothing does.
