The primary market would be for small businesses, helping to automate as many processes as possible using the ChatGPT infrastructure. Things like chatbots on their websites that handle customer enquiries, book in jobs, cancel jobs etc. Thoughts on this?
I think that’s a good idea. Small business wont’ have IT expertise to set it up.
