Hey All,
I’m new to this community, I don’t know if I would call myself an entrepreneur as the term is thrown around like crazy nowadays, but I’m one that seeks to problem solve. Every single day I think of ideas, sometimes write them down, sometimes act on them for a little. But what happens to me is the fire burns out whether I’m being held down by time restricts, or I don’t believe in myself.
For example, I love to create dashboards and automate to make things more efficient. I thought about making an education platform for free that revolves around making dashboards even pitching the idea to local schools and universities nearby, especially as I believe AI is a big part of the future. Start with that and live sessions in person and then move to classes that I can get paid for.
Even an hour ago I rebranded an old youtube channel of mine to “InvestWiselyTomorrow” - “Today is for learning, tomorrow is for investing.” In which I thought it would be a fun journey to kick up a financial channel and talk about compounding and setting yourself up for the future.
Honestly… I feel like my fire for thoughts burns quicks because of those I surround myself with. I don’t have any other folks around me that think the way I do, even at my data job most people are doing what they need to do to keep their job instead of doing what they need to do to keep their job alongside doing more. I’ve been in such a work driven mode lately putting in long hours, and don’t get me wrong… I love my company and I’m having a blasts, and the amount of projects I’m getting because I’m the only one that knows how to do them is awesome haha. But I feel like I want more.
Does anyone have any tips to keep the fire burning for ideas?
Find yourself a community of like minded people my guy, either online or in person. If you don’t have other people around you that you can feed off of, it’ll fizzle. Send your ideas to mates that get you, or failing that, it might be best to step out and network to find people more aligned with where you’re going.
Hope this helps or sparks some ideas.
