If first ballot means figuring out how to have multiple gfs who are all cool with it then enshrine this man.

I respect Lou Will, guy can hoop and adds value to any team he’s on.

But HOF? Nah. Not just for some 6th man awards.

Saying Lou Williams shouldn’t be in the basketball hall of fame when guys like Bob Houbregs got inducted is wild

And this is why I don’t trust NBA players as being objective when deciding things. We all have our own biases.

      Exactly.

At no point in his career was Lou one of the best 30 players in the league. Never made an All Star team and made the Conference Finals once in a 16 year career. Somehow that’s worthy of the Hall.

Not sure why, but having a sweet shammgod and hitting a pull-up J in someone’s face is all it takes for a lot of NBA players to consider a guy one of the best players in the league.

Lou Williams heard that the HOF is overrated and would rather spend the time playing COD than going to some ritzy nonsense just to give a speech.

First ballot is a lot. But honestly, if basketball HoF is for “encapsulating the game,” then why not recognize one of the best 6th men ever?

For a lot of people, if you ask them to think of 6th men, Lemon Pepper Lou is easily one of the first players you think of.

But, if the standard for HoF is “be great, be the best,” then yeah, no way ANY 6th man should be in the hall unless their career is stacked.
