Never really saw the appeal of black PVD unless you’re taking yourself super seriously as a “stealth” person, but I’ve heard mixed things about durability and patina. Is that part of the appeal or something PVD owners fear? Any good examples of PVD rubbing off in good or bad ways?

The G-Shock GMW-B5000V has a stonewashed (artificial) patina
Look up Karl Lagerfelds royal oak, it’s a good example of black pvd patina looking great
I have a Fortis Spacematic in black PVD. It’s starting to develop some patina, and honestly, I think it looks great.
