My top 5 would be
But between Franz and mobley I think that’s a coin flip based on team needs. Looking at the rest of this thread I think giddey is being undervalued just because of his current efficiency. Watching him play though he’s got good IQ and always seems to be making the right play without being selfish. A great mentality to pair up with a great scoring guard like shai. I think his shot looks good and his defense has good potential. Defensively he gets to the right positions and is putting in the effort. He just needs to figure out how to use his size to make up for his lack of quickness vs smaller guards. I really do believe that in a few more years if he can get his efficiency up to league standards and his defense better we might even be valuing him above Cade. Like, think Ben Simmons if he was 2 inches shorter and could shoot. Right now on the thunder I see Chet making the jump to being the second scoring option and easily has all star potential. Giddey can be perfect as that 3rd guy. Good defense, good scoring and an A+ distributor who doesn’t need to be on ball all the time and isn’t selfish.
Ur way overrating giddey
