Aside from Jordan, Kobe and Curry, it’s pretty rare to see a guard be the best player on a championship team. Usually it’s a versatile wing or a big that is the #1.

Can SGA be at that Jordan/Kobe/Curry tier or will Chet need to develop into a top 5 player in order for them to win with SGA being the best robin in the league?

They are already looking like a future championship winning duo.

I would say they need another big who can rebound and defend well, but okc has every piece you need already sans that.

Chet can be the second best and be fine, but he absolutely has to be at least all star level for them to do it.

Shai is going to continue to develop into a perennial top 5 player in this league. He’s already a strong top 10 player. Put some respect on his name lol

Every great/championship team got at least 2 great players with 2 different skillets.

I think Chet and SGA can compliment each other. Today is the perfect example.

Both can take the last shot. I bet GSW expected SGA to take the last shot. But OKC perfectly executed him as a decoy. You can see him screening the defender because the play goes to Chat for the corner 3.
